Herrero Bodega officially presents its “GREAT WHEEL WINE”, JOSE MARÍA HERRERO.
The first great Segovian Rueda wine, obtained from 3 different pre-phylloxera Nieva vineyard estates in Segovia.
The harvest was carried out in the third week of September 2020 manually, and in selection of boxes of 10 kilos of grapes, with a production of less than three thousand kilos of fruit per hectare of land.
Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature, with aging on its own lees, with weekly pumping over for eight months of light temperature stabilization.
It is finally bottled in September 2021, with a limited and numbered production of 5,983 bottles, being presented to the market for sale at the end of October 2022.
