Black rice with clams and baby squid in their ink
- 400g of Bomba rice
- 1 can of natural clams
- 1 can of baby squid in their ink
- 1 liter of smoked, fish broth or seafood broth
- 2 bags of squid ink frozen
- Vegetables to taste
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt pepper, EVOO, 4 tablespoons of crushed tomato
