San Roman 2020 (Excellent vintage) is an amazing combination of strength and finesse with an unbeatable value for money. Contained ripeness and clear fruit on the nose. Silky, long and with noble and creamy tannins.
VINEYARD: Vineyards located in the towns of San Román de Hornija, Villaester and Morales de Toro.
AGING: It ages in French and American barrels that are renewed in a 20% every year. The aging is 24 months.
ELABORATION: The harvest is carried out manually in mid-September, taking into account the optimum moment of ripening of the grapes.
