Description

Hesvera Oak.

Maceration for 23 days and fermentation with control at a temperature of 29ºC.
Breeding for at least 6 months in American barrels and a part of French oak.

It is recommended to serve this Hesvera Oak at a temperature that ranges between 16º and 18ºC.

VISUAL: Intense red wine with the presence of intense violet tones. In a thin layer, fine bluish notes can be seen.

SCENT: The typical fruit aromas of the variety stand out, such as blackberries, blackberries (red fruits), tinged with notes of spices, vanilla, cloves and toasted tones from the oak.

PALATE: Wine It appears fleshy, full-bodied, very well structured, long persistence, balanced and good combination of the wine with the wood. In the aftertaste, the tones of red, toasted and spicy fruits appear again.

The recommended pairing for Hesvera Roble:

This red wine is an ideal accompaniment to lamb, veal, chops, game meat, Iberian ham and cheese.
