Prosecco Rosé Brilla is perfect for the aperitif.
Grapes: A blend of Glera with up to 15% of Pinot Noir
Fine and shiny perlage, light pink color. Delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes reminiscent of peach, green apple and lemon. Floral notes of acacia and rose. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body. Round and full body structure.
The blend of Glera and Pinot Noir creates the characteristic rosé base for the future sparkling wine. Subsequent secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using the Charmat method at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C and prolonged storage on lees for a total period of approximately 60 days, creates a young, lively sparkling wine with vivid flavours. Once the wine reaches the required pressure, alcohol and sugar levels, it is chilled and cold stabilized (-2/-3°C), filtered and checked before bottling.
Consume between 6 and 8 ° C.
