Vineyard:
Age: Average of 20 years.
Soil: Clayey-calcareous, with brown zones and an alluvial part.
Climate: Markedly continental with Atlantic influence, with very cold winters and very hot summers, with little rainfall and a wide temperature range between day and night.
Elaboration:
The grapes are collected manually in boxes of 14 kg.
The grapes are cooled at 4ºC before crushing and covering them for maceration prior to pressing.
Fermentation is controlled at a maximum temperature of 12ºC, giving this wine its powerful aromatic load.
Aging in the bottle for the time that is considered adequate to achieve a perfect harmony between the peculiarities of the grape variety and the reduction in the bottle.

Jota Flores Rosado is a rosé wine that goes with all types of red meats, foie, stews, game dishes or aged cheeses.
