Considered alongside Vermouth di Torino Rosso the traditional Piedmontese aperitif, this white wine based liqueur It is made following the ancient recipe of the house founded by Carlo Gamondi. Its distinctive element is the Artemisia infused with 36 other botanicals giving a intense and aromatic vermouth.
All plants and flowers are introduced into a single rotating vessel which allows a good dissolution of its active ingredients in the infusion. In 30 days, an extract rich in aromas and flavours is obtained, ready to be added with sucrose to the wine.
