Robert Vedel Old Strains.
It is a wine that perfectly reflects the personality of the land. It is a clean, bright wine, with a very light color and steely reflections.
On the nose: It is clean, fresh, mineral and varietal.
In mouth: It is round, very broad and varietal, with a very accentuated minerality.
Elaboration: Pre-fermentative maceration. Traditional production, with static settling not very deep in order to achieve a slower and more constant low temperature fermentation. The pressing is carried out in an inert atmosphere to avoid oxidation, but the rest of the winery processes are carried out in a natural and traditional way, achieving the maximum expression of the variety.
Serve cold. Between 7th and 9th.
