Young Rosé, made from "flower must" (or "yolk must"), from selected grapes from old multivarietal vineyards under the DO CIGALES.
It is a fresh and tasty wine made from yolk must, that is, the first must that flows by itself when the grape is squeezed.
Varieties used: 80% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha Tinta and 10% of white varieties (Albillo and Verdejo).
Presentation: Bordeaux bottle.
Sight: Violet hues, very vivid strawberry red, bright and clean with silver reflections.
Nose: Floral (rose, jasmine) and fruity (currant, raspberry, blackberry) aromas.
Mouth: Round, fleshy, very balanced, fair acidity that gives it freshness and liveliness.
Serving temperature: 7º – 10º degrees.
