Oligueva EVOO, 3L can

Extra Virgin olive oil made only with olives of the Arbequina variety.

For this oil we collect the olives when they begin to ripen, which is usually at the end of October or the beginning of November. It is made cold and in less than twelve hours from harvesting the olives, which results in very low fat yields but achieving great intensity of aroma.

In this way we obtain a yellowish-green oil, dense and full-bodied. With a clean aroma, surprising for its liveliness and reminiscent of fresh, green fruits.

Notes of tomato and tomato plant, grass, artichoke, apple and to a lesser extent banana and wild fruits are appreciated. Its flavor is almond-bitter, slightly spicy, resulting in sweet and fluid finish.
