Needles from artisanal fishing, also manipulated and processed by hand piece by piece. Production is retained for a minimum of five months in the warehouse so that it can finish being made into the can.

This preserve has a deep-rooted tradition in the Rías Baixas, where the needles are known as "chandarmes" or "alcriques", and is the great unknown of quality Galician preserves.

Store in the refrigerator once opened, as it is a natural 100% product, without added preservatives or colorings.
